Jody comes to QL+ following a long career in the nonprofit community She has supported people with disabilities for over 20 years, serving most recently as the senior director of programs for the Epilepsy Foundation. Jody holds a PhD in Public Health, as well as a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management. Her experience as an Adjunct Professor at Notre Dame of Maryland University has given her insight into meeting the needs of students and faculty at QL+ partnering universities. She hopes to be able to help build the capacity of QL+ in meeting the needs of injured veterans and first responders, as well as increasing awareness of the organization in the nonprofit community. When she’s not working on QL+ projects, Jody enjoys time with her husband, daughter, and cats, as well as studying ballet and contemporary dance.
