This para athlete can't train when it rains. 3 UC students want to change that

A group of University of Cincinnati engineering students designed a custom stationary handcycle trainer for retired Army Staff Sergeant Omar Duran, a top para-athlete preparing for the 2025 Race Across America. Through QL Plus, the students helped Duran, who was injured in Afghanistan and now paralyzed from the waist down, maintain his intense training regimen indoors during bad weather.
