UTSA students aid vets with engineering projects

UTSA students are stepping up to support injured veterans through innovative engineering projects with QL Plus. In a recent feature by the San Antonio Express-News, we see the impact of students designing custom solutions to improve the lives of injured heroes. One team is building a lift for Navy veteran Danny Knutson to help him safely use his adaptive trike, while another group is creating a transcription device for a deaf, visually impaired veteran in Seattle. This work exemplifies how student-led engineering can make a real difference.
